The most notable feature of our spiral concentrator is its ability to efficiently recover ultra-fine mineral particles through physical methods, extracting value critical minerals from the tailings of shaking wet tables or blanket sluices.
For example, it can recover ultra-fine particles as small as 0.018mm from raw ores or tailings containing tungsten, scheelite, tin, gold, cobalt, uranium, rare earths, ilmenite, zircon, chromite, tantalum, and niobium. We hold multiple internationally authorized invention patents.

Made of special engineering plastic with excellent wear resistance and weather resistance and acid/alkali resistance. It is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C. It has a reasonable service life.

The equipment can efficiently recover ultrafine particles from shaking table tailings or velvet cloth chute by its unique groove surface structure, thus realizing the full utilization of tailings resources.
