Mr. Li Chunou has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, specializing in the R&D, production and sales of spiral separators, with a number of invention patents and independent brands. Under his leadership, the company has developed steadily, with businesses covering China, Southeast Asia, Africa, India, Myanmar, Russia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and other regions, and has built a strong reputation in the global mineral processing sector.

He possesses profound professional expertise in the whole process of gravity separation technology, including research, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and can provide professional diagnostic services for various technical difficulties in iron ore processing. Relying on independently developed advanced equipment such as spiral chutes and spiral separators, the company provides customers with customized integrated magnetic-gravity separation optimization solutions, which help customers improve mineral processing efficiency by 3% to 6%.

The company attaches great importance to environmentally friendly production, minimizing the use of reagents in mineral processing. This technology takes the mineral processing spiral chute as its core product, which is a key piece of equipment for physical mineral processing. Supported by patented mineral processing methods, it forms a complete technical protection system of “Equipment + Process”.

The patent portfolio covers major global mining countries, including China, the United States, Australia, Russia, South Africa and India, all claiming priority from the initial Chinese application filed on January 10, 2019, with consistent technical origin and continuous protection.

Patent ownership was initially held by Mr. Li Chunou personally, and has gradually been transferred to Guangzhou Yinou Mineral Processing Technology Co., Ltd., completing the transition of technology to corporate operation.

Technology

1.It adopts gravity-centrifugal synergistic effect as the core separation principle, achieving precise separation based on mineral density and particle size differences without any chemical reagents during the whole process.


2.The trough body is optimized via fluid dynamics, which can accurately capture fine minerals of -0.45 mm, 800 mesh and other fine sizes, solving the problems of low separation efficiency and tailings loss of traditional equipment.


3.It supports flexible process design. Single or combined models can realize roughing, cleaning, one roughing & one scavenging and other processes, suitable for fine particle separation and tailings recovery.


4.A variety of special series including F/H/M/L/X have been developed, with different models matching specific minerals and application scenarios for high pertinence.


5.It features high-efficiency pre-concentration and tailings discarding capacity, with up to 83% of tailings removable in the roughing stage, greatly reducing subsequent mineral processing costs.


6.The single technical system adapts to multiple scenarios such as ferrous/non-ferrous metals, non-metallic minerals and coal-fired desulfurization, covering both raw ore separation and tailings resource recovery.


7.It can realize precise quality improvement and impurity reduction, upgrade concentrate quality and meet the requirements of high-purity mineral applications.
