Gold Ore Processing

Using the F13 spiral chute separator, a physical roughing process is adopted for high-sulfur and high-arsenic Carlin-type sulfide gold ore. Pre-concentration and early tailings discarding are carried out on finely ground gold ore with a particle size of -0.45 mm. The process achieves a 5-fold increase in gold grade, a recovery rate of 87.11%, and 83% pre-discarded tailings. It mainly solves the problem of low separation efficiency of fine-grained gold ore, greatly reduces the cost of subsequent flotation reagents, and improves the utilization rate of gold resources.

Tin Ore Processing

The F13 spiral chute separator is specially used to recover 800-mesh (0.019 mm) fine-grained tin tailings lost by traditional shaking tables. Its separation performance is superior to that of traditional shaking tables. It can accurately capture and efficiently recover tin tailings discharged from shaking tables, solve the problem of fine-grained tin tailings loss, and significantly improve the comprehensive utilization rate of tin resources.

Equipped with F13 and L5 spiral chute separators, a one-roughing, one-cleaning and one-scavenging separation process is established to realize precise enrichment of zirconium and titanium in coastal zircon‑ilmenite placer. When the roughing concentrate yield is 20%, the recovery rates of both zirconium and titanium exceed 98%. It is suitable for large‑scale separation of coastal placer and realizes efficient separation and recovery of zirconium‑titanium resources.

Iron Ore Beneficiation

Two processes are tailored for iron ore separation:

① Hematite Separation: The H8 spiral chute separator is employed to conduct gravity concentration on magnetic concentrates obtained from high-gradient intense magnetic separation, so as to improve quality and reduce silicon. The TFe grade of concentrate is increased to 68.96% and the silicon grade is reduced to 7.29%, optimizing the quality of hematite concentrate.

② Vanadium‑titanium Magnetite Separation: Spiral chutes are used for roughing of ilmenite in tailings to realize pre‑concentration of titanium resources, with the titanium grade enriched to 5.4172%. This provides qualified feed for subsequent ilmenite cleaning, and solves the difficulties in fine‑particle separation of iron ore and associated ilmenite as well as tailings resource utilization.
